Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in original packaging in re-salable condition. Return shipping will be at the customers expense. 
Upon receipt of goods and inspection, a credit will be issued to your account against future purchases. 

Shipping Info:

Your order will be shipped via UPS or freight carrier, depending on size, weight, and facility location. We will determine the most efficient shipping method of each order. 

With our warehouse centrally located in Jenison, MI we are able to offer quick delivery to anywhere in the country. Typically orders are in transit 2-3 day with a maximum of 4 business days for certain locations.

PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST LOSS

Always take these important steps before accepting any shipment.

1.     Count your shipment carefully. Is everything there that should be?

2.     Inspect every box in your shipment for visible damage.

3.     Note any shortages or damages legibly on the delivery receipt before you sign.

Remember to never let a driver pressure you into signing before you count and inspect your shipment. If you sign a “subject to count” or “received in good condition” receipt without noting any shortages or damage, you will have no grounds for a claim should you discover missing or damaged items.

DAMAGED-IN-SHIPPING ITEMS

Please follow these receiving guidelines.

If there is damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before you sign. Be specific: e.g. “2 cartons crushed,” “1 carton torn,” “2 cartons water damage.”

Refuse to accept delivery of non-salable damaged items. If this leaves you short on stock, reorder by calling the Support Line at 800-218-8210.

If you discover concealed damages after accepting delivery, call the Support Line at 800-218-8210 within 48 hours of receipt. Keep the box, packing materials, and damaged items to help in the claims process. We will contact the carrier. When we see the damaged items (photo or return), we will issue you a credit.
